Current and innovative topics related to the degree programme and the professional field are taught by national and international experts and guest professors in the form of one-week workshops. The focus is on working on given technical issues in small groups across master's classes and degree programmes, the design and prototypical implementation of suitable solutions, as well as the consolidation and practical application of newly acquired technical knowledge. External specialist participants and students are also admitted to the workshops in order to achieve a heterogeneous mix (learning together, learning from each other.) The students prepare themselves independently for the respective workshop topic in advance by researching, testing and using typical tools and methods in advance.
