Welcome to the E³UDRES² Talent Funnel: a collection of learning designs and pathways connecting learning, innovation, and real-world challenges.

With a goal to build a bridge between education, innovation activities, and challenges from European organizations and companies, the E³UDRES² Talent Funnel is a modular European journey that adapts to every learner. No fixed route. No one-size-fits-all. Just a dynamic ecosystem where anyone — student, staff, entrepreneur, researcher — can grow through real challenges and real experiences.

The Talent Funnel incorporates all E³UDRES² formats. Therefore, if you have already participated in a E³UDRES² Bootcamp, Hackathon, or I Living Lab, then you have entered the E³UDRES² Talent Funnel. However, this is only scratching the surface! The possibilities of going through the funnel and developing your skills are endless and can be customized to your needs and willingness.
