At Fulda UAS' Open House, the E³UDRES² booth introduced visitors to cross-border education, research, and innovation. Students, staff, and associated partners had the chance to learn more about E³UDRES² and all the opportunities the alliance offers for them.

The GRACE Joint Master’s Programme is close to its launch, following key events to finalize the curriculum and accreditation. With the final steps of the accreditation underway, GRACE aims to be welcoming students in Autumn 2025. Applications are open until February 1, 2025.

A total of 12 participants recently completed an intensive two-day staff training for proposal writing, hosted at St. Pölten UAS, Austria. Participants were able to leave the training with a clearer understanding of the proposal process, equipped with valuable insights into best practices for submitting competitive applications.

From 14-18 October, Vidzeme UAS hosted the E³UDRES² International Engagement Circus, bringing together more than 70 students from all E³UDRES² partner countries and various entrepreneurs.

The E³UDRES² Research Network invites contributions for its symposium on “Diverse, Inclusive and Healthy Regions", hosted at Saxion UAS on 03-04 December 2024. Submissions are possible until 04 November 2024.

On October 16, 2024, the E³UDRES² team participated in the Fulda University of Applied Sciences Support Fair, held during the university's Freshers' Week.

E³UDRES² President Hannes Raffaseder shared insights on best practices from European Universities at the Estonian Rectors' Conference, emphasizing the role of the E³UDRES² alliance in enhancing the European Higher Education Area.

EU Matters aimed to raise awareness about European values, democracy, and the importance of using your vote. In an official award ceremony, the E³UDRES² team working on the initiative received their prize and had the chance to present the concept of the campaign once again.

St. Pölten UAS, managing the E³UDRES² Open Innovation Hub on the topic of Creative Industries & Digital Media, recently invited various representatives of the creative sector to foster cooperation with the E³UDRES² alliance.

As a first co-teaching activity in E³UDRES², lecturers from St. Pölten UAS and the Polytechnic University of Setúbal together gave a joint workshop on Mobile Coding, with many further co-teaching activites being planned.

Free language and culture courses in Dutch, Latvian, English, Portuguese, Hungarian and Finnish will be offered from the winter term 24/25 for students and staff of the E³UDRES² alliance.

Students from diverse backgrounds came together in Hasselt, Belgium, to find healthcare solutions through AI integration.

The E³UDRES² team focusing on the topic of Quality and Evaluation gathered in the heart of Finland to work on quality principles for E³UDRES², the E³UDRES² Label, and regional impact assessment.

On 28 June 2024, the European Commission approved the FOR-EU4All project, an initiative aiming to bring all European University Alliances into a common structure.

Where should I bring enough cash? How much should I tip in Austria? What Orthodox festivities are there in Romania? Why should I try "Metworst" when I visit the Netherlands? How do I say "thanks" in portugese?

At the "Hochschultage" 2024 at Fulda UAS, the E³UDRES² booth offered visitors an exciting mix of interactive activities and valuable information about the university alliance.

The event attracted experts from across Europe to address important topics such as digital tools in open science, open license management and ethical considerations in citizen science.

The E.I.N.S. project, part of the E³UDRES² network, was represented in Brussels with partners from Vidzeme UAS, UC Leuven-Limburg UAS, and St. Pölten UAS. Hannes Raffaseder joined a panel discussion on policies and future expectations in 2030.

Among the many best practices presented at the annual event, the E³UDRES² Alliance was showcased when Gabriele Permoser of St. Pölten UAS, Austria, took the stage.

Hosted for the first time on 29 May 2024, the new E³UDRES² Open Lectures to inspire series kicked off with three international speakers delving into the topic of the "Entrepreneurial & Innovation Mindset".

From 22-23 May 2024, many higher education professionals gathered at St. Pölten UAS, Austria, as the 33rd Annual EURASHE Conference as well as the IAFeS NETTIES Conference were held at the University of Applied Sciences leading the E³UDRES² Alliance.

On May 24, 2024, Austria's "Long Night of Research" once again opened the doors of research facilities across the nation, inviting the public to explore and engage with researchers as well as the latest scientific advancements.

The E³UDRES² booth at "Tage Kreativer Räume" in Fulda's Kaufhaus KARL, in coorporation with the Europe Direct Center Fulda, showcased EU membership benefits ahead of the EU elections on June 6-9, 2024.

Bringing the European Union to the campus, the E³UDRES² Team at St. Pölten UAS, Austria, declared the 15th of May 2024 the "Europe Day" at the Austrian higher education institution.

Thomas Berger, co-leader of the EURASHE Research Community of Practice, presented E³UDRES² at the VIKO/EURASHE International Staff Training Week in Lithuania, placing it into the context of EU funding strategies.

Students and staff from the E³UDRES² partner universities and the associated Ukrainian universities came together in Fulda for three co-located events from April 15 to 19, 2024.

With the call for submissions asking participants to showcase their personal perspectives on the European Union, the competition garnered an array of creative and personal videos from across various countries and European University Alliances.

Fostering academic exchange and collaborative opportunities, delegations from UC Leuven-Limburg UAS, Saxion UAS, and Fulda UAS recently visited St. Pölten UAS.

118 E³UDRES² students did it again: They took the challenge of meeting their peers from all over Europe, working with entrepreneurs on a real life challenges, and coming with solutions for the future.

In February 2024, students from St. Pölten UAS travelled to Finland to participate in the Erasmus Blended Intensive Programme „Child & Play & Peer Interaction“ hosted at Jamk University of Applied Sciences in Jyväskylä.

On 15 March, St. Pölten UAS opened its doors to interested individuals aiming to study at its campus located in the center of Lower Austria. Among the booths and presentations showcasing the various study programmes, also the formats offered by E³UDRES² were presented.

The eleventh Open Education Week brought several days of interactive sessions to Politehnica University Timisoara, and attracted an international audience.

From March 05-06 2024, Politehnica University Timișoara hosted the inaugural E³UDRES² General Assembly, bringing together members of the various E³UDRES² boards including student representatives, members of the E³UDRES² Head Office in Austria, as well as associated partners.

Aiming to foster and further deepen international collaboration and explore educational opportunities, representatives of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy and St. Pölten UAS exchanged various ideas at the Austrian E³UDRES² institution.

Looking for innovative Co-Teaching Activities, concepts for Joint Degrees, and proposals for Research Centres of Excellence across institutions, E³UDRES² received more than 90 proposals, marking the initiation of various promising joint activities.

In February, various strategic meetings were held at the Polytechnic of Setúbal (IPS) in Portugal, outlining future steps for the E³UDRES² alliance.

The event brought together 150 participants from 50 different alliances, along with representatives from the European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).

65 students, 15 mentors and 5 challengers participated in the third E³UDRES² Hackathon hosted at UC Leuven-Limburg UAS (UCLL), Belgium. They only had 36 hours of hacking to transform recruitment and make sure future talents can find their match on the job market.

Michael Iber has taken on the role of Academic Director for the E³UDRES² Alliance at St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, bridging the fields of teaching and research and strategically anchoring the E³UDRES² perspective into the institution’s structures.

UPT signed important agreements during the visit of Vietnam's Prime Minister in Romania, marking a new chapter in international academic relations. As part of expanding cooperation in compatible domains, E³UDRES² was presented during the official visit.

With the founding of an E³UDRES² association, the alliance now established its first legal entity, serving as an umbrella organization for further deepening its strategic collaboration.
