Join our video competition and win great prizes!

United, Peaceful, Democratic, Inclusive, Fair, Pioneering, Innovative, Sustainable, Strengthened, Diverse... Europe Awaits Your Vision!

Get engaged and promote European values by raising your voice, highlighting issues that matter to you, and creating new ideas on how to maintain the "European way of life": Through this video competition, you get the chance to share your unique perspective on why the European Union is important. How do you personally benefit from it? What comes to your mind when you think of the EU? And which message do you want to get across to other people?

Open borders, new friendships, and long-lasting peace – the European Union brings many great benefits to our lives.

The E³UDRES² European University Alliance aims to raise awareness about EU-related topics, as well as highlight the significance of the upcoming elections of the European Parliament. We support the EU’s motto "United in Diversity", signifying how Europeans have come together in the form of the EU to work for peace and prosperity, enriched by the continent's many different cultures, traditions, and languages.

Join the competition: Share your story!

Ready to share your story in connection to the European Union? Get creative and join our public video competition! Not only will the best contributions be awarded with prize money up to 750€, but you'll also have the chance to have your video shown to an international audience at the 2024 EURASHE Conference, hosted at St. Pölten UAS, Austria.

👉 Step 1 - Create Your Video

Create a short video addressing important issues related to the EU that matter most to you. Your video can take any form, including a personal statement, short interview, report, collage, animation, performance or explanatory video - we leave the creative freedom for you to choose! You're welcome to submit your video either individually, or as a project realized together in a group.

All European languages are welcome and encouraged. However, please ensure that your video is understandable across Europe (e.g., with English subtitles). You can also choose to make your video without spoken language.

👉 Step 2 - Submit your video to us

Your video is ready to be seen by the world? Submit your video to us using a file sharing service (we recommend WeTransfer) and providing us with the link to download your submission. Sending in your video is possible through the submission form at the bottom of this page. In addition, we encourage you to also post your video on Social Media (tagging E³UDRES² of course) and spreading the EU message even further!

👉 Step 3 - Be among the lucky winners!

A jury of members of the E³UDRES² community will review all videos submitted and select their top three. In case the jury discovers more videos that deserve the spotlight, these submissions will receive an honorary mention. The top three winners will receive prize money, and the winning videos will be showcased at the 2024 EURASHE Conference.

Will you be among the winners?

After the submission deadline, all videos will be evaluated by a jury of members of the E³UDRES² community. The top three submissions will receive a prize money, and the jury has the option to also select a few honorable mentions. The winning videos will also be shown at the EURASHE conference, taking place on 22-23 May 2024 at St. Pölten UAS.
