How do I apply for joining E³UDRES² events?

For joining a E³UDRES² event, please just follow the registration procedure of the specific event on the E³UDRES² website. It is not necessary to create an account on the E³UDRES² website in order to register for events.

For some of the learning formats, e.g. for participation in E³UDRES² I Living Labs, we may also ask you to register on a form available at the IPS E³UDRES² website. Our institutional organization teams will reach out to you with more information in case this step is needed.

I am an incoming student at Politécnico de Setúbal. What do I have to keep in mind for attending E³UDRES² events?

When it comes to funding for blended or fully on-site E³UDRES² formats and events that require travelling, we have to check your personal situation to avoid double-funding through Erasmus+ budget.

How does the reimbursement of costs for participating in E³UDRES² activities work?

I would have to miss classes for attending a specific E³UDRES² event. Who can I turn to?

In case a E³UDRES² event takes place at the same time as one of your classes, please contact your respective lecturer or your programme director in advance. They are usually very supportive of students' participation in international events. Please make sure to agree on a solution for the situation together.
