Institutional Information
All of them! The E³UDRES² activities are ...
✅ Open to all study programmes
✅ Open to all study degrees
As a regular student of MATE, you can join every E³UDRES² format open to students available! Your field of studies or study programme is not relevant for joining E³UDRES² activities - we even actively encourage every type of student (Bachelor/Master/other) to join our events, as we are looking for teams coming from as many different backgrounds as possible.
For joining a E³UDRES² event, please just follow the registration procedure of the specific event on the E³UDRES² website. It is not necessary to create an account on the E³UDRES² website in order to register for events.
For some of the learning formats, e.g. for participation in E³UDRES² I Living Labs, we may also ask you to register on NEPTUN. Our institutional organization teams will reach out to you with more information in case this step is needed.
When it comes to funding for blended or fully on-site E³UDRES² formats and events that require travelling, we have to check your personal situation to avoid double-funding through Erasmus+ or Pannónia Scholarship Programme budget.
In case you already came to MATE making use of Erasmus+ funding, please reach out to our local coordinators first before applying for an on-site E³UDRES² event.
E³UDRES² is able to cover parts of your costs for travelling and accommodation through Erasmus+. For details, please reach out to our local coordinators.
In case a E³UDRES² event takes place at the same time as one of your classes, please contact your respective lecturer or your programme director in advance. They are usually very supportive of students' participation in international events. Please make sure to agree on a solution for the situation together. Our local coordinators at MATE are happy to support you - please just reach out to the contacts below if you'd like them to assist.
While MATE is currently holding the status of an Associated Partner within the E³UDRES² consortium due to restricted access to EU funding, the university is still fully engaged in E³UDRES² activities. This means that students and staff of this university can participate in E³UDRES² events and activities as usual.
Our local coordinators at MATE are here for your questions! Reach out to them for any E³UDRES²-related issues.
