✅ Open to all study programmes

As a regular student of Saxion, you can join every E³UDRES² activity open to students available! Your field of studies is not relevant for joining E³UDRES² activities - we even actively encourage every type of student (Bachelor/Master/other) to join our events, as we are looking for teams coming from as many different backgrounds and disciplines as possible. E³UDRES² gives the opportunity for an international experience for everyone!

Information for Saxion UAS students

Would you like to sign up for a E³UDRES² event? Sign up via the E³UDRES² website on the specific event. You can register for events here; your registration will be forwarded to the contact person from the Saxion.

Please reach out to our local coordinators first before applying for an on-site E³UDRES² event.

E³UDRES² covers part of your costs for travelling and accommodation. For details about this procedure please contact us via eudres@saxion.nl.

In case a E³UDRES² event takes place at the same time as one of your classes, please contact your respective lecturer or your study career counsellor in advance. They are usually very supportive of students' participation in international events. Please make sure to agree on a solution for the situation together. Our local coordinators at Saxion university are happy to support you - please just reach out to the contacts below if you'd like them to assist.

If the E³UDRES² activity awards ECTS credits and you successfully complete all requirements, you will receive proof of the credits earned. However, whether these credits are recognised and how they are recorded in your study programme depends on the regulations and decision-making procedures the Examination Board of your study programme at Saxion.

Recognition may differ between study programmes. In some cases, the credits can replace a course or count towards elective credits; in others, they may only be recognised as extra-curricular achievements.

We therefore strongly recommend checking the recognition possibilities before participating in an E³UDRES² activity. Please contact the Local Coordinator from E³UDRES² at Saxion about recognition possibilities and the required application procedure: eudres@saxion.nl
