As a regular student of UC Leuven-Limburg UAS, you can join every E³UDRES² format open to students! Your field of studies or study programme is not relevant for joining E³UDRES² activities - we even actively encourage every type of student (Bachelor/Graduat/BANABA …) from any phase to join our events, as we are looking for teams coming from as many different backgrounds as possible.

How do I apply for joining E³UDRES² events?

For joining a E³UDRES² event, please just follow the registration procedure of the specific event on the E³UDRES² website. It is not necessary to create an account on the E³UDRES² website in order to register for events.

When registered, you will receive further communication from e3udres2@ucll.be about next steps, such as registering the event in your ISP.

I am an incoming student at UC Leuven-Limburg UAS. What do I have to keep in mind for attending E³UDRES² events?

When it comes to funding for blended or fully on-site E³UDRES² formats and events that require travelling, we have to check your personal situation to avoid double-funding through Erasmus+ budget. Please reach out to our local coordinators via e3udres2@ucll.be for more info.

How does the reimbursement of costs for participating in E³UDRES² activities work?

E³UDRES² is able to cover most of your costs for travelling and accomodation through Erasmus+. For details, please reach out to our local coordinators via e3udres2@ucll.be.

I would have to miss classes for attending a specific E³UDRES² event. Who can I turn to?

In case a E³UDRES² event takes place at the same time as one of your classes, please contact your respective lecturer or your ‘opleidingsverantwoordelijke’ in advance. They are usually very supportive of students' participation in international events. Please make sure to agree on a solution for the situation together. In case you encounter difficulties, reach out to your ‘studietrajectcoach’ (STC). Our local E³UDRES²-coordinators at UCLL are happy to support you and the STC - please just reach out to the contacts below if you'd like them to assist.

Do I get ECTS for joining a E³UDRES²activity?

UCLL students are rewarded for their active participation in all activities. Please check the ECTS-fiche in the ‘onderwijsaanbod’.
