As a regular student of UCLL UAS, you can join every E³UDRES² format open to students! Your field of studies or study programme is not relevant for joining E³UDRES² activities - we even actively encourage every type of student (Bachelor/Graduat/BANABA …) from any phase to join our events, as we are looking for teams coming from as many different backgrounds as possible.

Information for UCLL UAS students

If you’d like to join a E³UDRES² event, first get in touch with your study trajectory coach (‘studietrajectcoach or STC’). They can check whether you can include ECTS credits in your study programme and your ISP.

If this is possible, you can then contact Nathalie Morren (nathalie.morren@ucll.be). She’ll help you figure out which events you can join.

If there is no ECTS credits involved, just consulting you study trajectory coach is enough.

If you’d like to join a E³UDRES² event, first get in touch with your study trajectory coach. They can check whether you can include ECTS credits in your study programme and your ISP.

If this is possible, you can then contact Nathalie Morren (nathalie.morren@ucll.be). She’ll help you figure out which events you can join.

Reimbursement of costs is not always possible. UCLL’s conditions apply. If you have any questions, please contact Nathalie Morren at nathalie.morren@ucll.be.

In case a E³UDRES² event takes place at the same time as one of your classes, please contact your respective lecturer and/or your programme manager (‘opleidingsverantwoordelijke’) in advance. They are usually very supportive of students' participation in international events. Please make sure to agree on a solution for the situation together. In case you encounter difficulties, reach out to your study trajectory coach (‘studietrajectcoach’ or STC). Our local E³UDRES²-coordinator Nathalie Morren nathalie.morren@ucll.be  at UCLL is happy to support you and the STC - please just reach out to her if you'd like her to assist.

Not all events offer ECTS credits, your study trajectory coach can inform you about the possibilities. If you would like to earn ECTS credits, it’s important to first make sure that the event fits into your study programme. If this is the case, you can then contact Nathalie Morren (nathalie.morren@ucll.be). She will be happy to help you explore which events you can join and whether they can award ECTS credits.
