For joining a E³UDRES² event, please just follow the registration procedure of the specific event on the E³UDRES² website. It is not necessary to create an account on the E³UDRES² website in order to register for events.

E³UDRES² is able to cover parts of your costs for travelling and accomodation through Erasmus+. For details, please reach out to our local coordinators: international@va.lv.

In case a E³UDRES² event takes place at the same time as one of your classes, please contact your respective lecturer or your programme director in advance. They are usually very supportive of students' participation in international events. Please make sure to agree on a solution for the situation together. Our local coordinators at university are happy to support you - please just reach out to the contacts below if you'd like them to assist.

Some E³UDRES² activities may award ECTS, while others may not. Please note that the recognition of ECTS always depends on the rules and procedures of your home institution and your study programme. ECTS recognition is therefore not automatic.

Before registering for or participating in an E³UDRES² activity, students are advised to follow these steps:

1. Check the information provided for the specific E³UDRES² activity and verify whether ECTS are awarded.

2. Contact the Study Support Office at Vidzeme UAS via studijas@va.lv to ask whether the ECTS can be recognised within your study programme.

3. Make sure to receive confirmation before the activity starts, especially if you would like the ECTS to be included in your study records.

4. After you complete the activity, submit the required proof of participation according to the procedure of your study programme. This may include an original certificate, transcript of records, or other official documentation. Please note that documents must be submitted as originals, either electronically signed or submitted as paper originals with a handwritten signature. Copies or unsigned documents may not be sufficient for ECTS recognition.
