On the 8th of October 2025, the E³UDRES² alliance brought together students, lecturers, researchers, and staff from all over Europe for a full day of learning, inspiration, and exchange during the Live Lecture Day. The online event featured a full programme of short, interactive lectures, each hosted by a different partner university. Over the course of the day, participants explored a wide range of topics connected to the E³UDRES² themes: Health & Wellbeing, Digital Solutions, Resilient Economies, and Creative Industries.
More than 165 people joined the sessions. Engaging presentations and creative exercises showed just how much energy and curiosity exists across the alliance.
A Europe-Wide Learning Experience
The Live Lecture Day offered an opportunity for students and staff to step outside their regular classrooms and connect with peers and experts from nine E³UDRES² partner universities. All participants could experience a rich variety of perspectives and topics, reflecting the diversity of the E³UDRES² alliance. Participants explored themes ranging from intercultural communication and global collaboration to the science behind everyday innovations.
Sessions also looked at digital health and telemedicine, sustainable business models and the potential of immersive technologies like extended reality. The day concluded with inspiring insights into engaged research practices and the future of generative AI, leaving participants motivated to think across disciplines and imagine new ways to build smarter, more connected European regions.

The first ever edition of the E³UDRES² Live Lecture Day demonstrated what makes the E³UDRES² alliance unique: A strong commitment to collaboration, creativity, and regional impact.
