The "Hochschultage" ("University Days") 2024 at Fulda University of Applied Sciences were a celebration of culture and community, and the E³UDRES² booth on Friday, June 7th, contributed to this vibrant mix. The "Hochschultage", a beloved tradition at Fulda University of Applied Sciences, transforms the campus into a bustling festival ground, offering a wide array of musical performances, workshops, and culinary delights. It’s an event that brings together students, faculty, and the local community to celebrate and get together. This year's edition of the event was extra special, as Fulda University of Applied Sciences also celebrated it's 50th birthday.
At the event, the E³UDRES² booth brought a mix of informative and interactive elements. Visitors found a wide array of information on student involvement opportunities, including upcoming events and various informational materials. The booth also offered various candies from the partner university countries, adding a sweet touch to the experience.
EXPERIENCING EUROPEAN CONNECTION
One of the highlights was the interactive map of Europe, where attendees could place pins on locations they have visited or wish to visit, whether for work, vacation, or to live. This activity fostered a sense of global connection and wanderlust among participants. Another interactive element was a "Guess the Language" game, where visitors read sentences in different languages spoken in E³UDRES² countries and tried to guess which language they were looking at. This fun challenge tested linguistic skills and highlighted the diversity within E³UDRES². Only one participant came close to guessing all the languages but couldn't differentiate between Flemish and Dutch.
