Two days ago, E³UDRES² had the opportunity to have a meeting with EU Commissioner Mariya Gabriel 👋💬 Talking about the profile, key values and activities of the E³UDRES² Alliance in addressing non-urban regional challenges, E³UDRES² got to emphasize the alignment of its priorities with the @europeancommission's policies and strategies in higher education, innovation and development in rural regions, including the StartUp Villages Initiative. 💡
It was incredibly empowering to learn about the commissioner's respect and support to these issues, and her views on the important role universities of applied sciences can play within regional ecosystems - what a great impulse for our further work! 🙏
