E³UDRES² Student Board 2026

E³UDRES² Student Board Moves from Vision to Action with its 2026 Action Plan

The E³UDRES² Student Board has officially transitioned from its formation phase into active implementation as it develops and begins working on its Action Plan for 2026. This strategic roadmap reflects the Board’s shared vision and its commitment to strengthening collaboration, transparency, and meaningful student participation across all partner universities in the alliance.

Three Priority Areas Guiding the 2026 Agenda

The Action Plan is structured around three key thematic priorities: Onboarding; Engagement; and Communication. These focus areas were chosen to ensure that the Student Board does not only exist as a representative body, but also functions as an effective, well-integrated, and impactful actor within E³UDRES².

Onboarding

The Student Board is strengthening its existing framework to ensure that future new members have a structured, supportive, and well-guided start within E³UDRES². The focus is on creating clear processes and coordinated onboarding activities that provide incoming students with a shared understanding of the alliance’s mission, structure, and ways of working, enabling them to integrate smoothly and contribute effectively from the outset.

Engagement

The Engagement Plan builds directly on student feedback gathered through surveys and discussions. By identifying common barriers to participation, the Student Board is designing an approach that makes involvement more accessible, practical, and meaningful. The plan emphasizes clear communication, low-threshold activities, local ambassadors, and visible recognition of student contributions, such as certificates and credits. A dedicated working group is coordinating this effort, ensuring that the strategy is tested locally before being scaled across the alliance.

Communication

The Communication Plan complements these efforts by strengthening the visibility and identity of the Student Board as the official student voice of E³UDRES². Through structured use of digital platforms, on-campus presence, and coordinated institutional communication, the Board seeks to make its role clearer and more recognizable to students across all partner universities.

Strengthening Student Presence Across the Alliance

Together, these three pillars show that the Student Board is not only planning but actively shaping its role within E³UDRES². By collaborating closely with Work Packages, local universities, and students, the Board is taking concrete steps toward becoming an integrated and influential part of the alliance.

The 2026 Action Plan marks an important milestone in ensuring that student perspectives are not only heard but meaningfully embedded in the future development of E³UDRES².
