E³UDRES² Student Takes Prize in St. Pölten UAS Gender & Diversity Award 2024

In November 2024, St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences once again gave away the Gender & Diversity Award, aiming to honor outstanding final theses dealing with topics related to gender and diversity issues. For the second time, the award also included a designated E³UDRES² category. Within the framework of the St. Pölten UAS International Week, the pitches of all nominated participants as well as the award ceremony took place at the Austrian university of applied sciences.

During the event, nine finalists vividly presented the core themes of their final theses, either being present on-site at the event or presenting online. The spectrum of topics ranged from feminist documentary film through inclusive language to design for people with visual impairments. The high relevance of gender and diversity perspectives in all research areas was clearly demonstrated.
