The Library of Politehnica University Timisoara hosted the second International Thematic Seminar (Innovate Together - Collaborate Proactively Projects between DIHs/EDIHs and SMEs) on November 28, organized by the West Regional Development Agency - ADR Vest.
In this forum, Politehnica University Timisoara's Rector, Florin Dragan, emphasized the university's steadfast dedication to shaping the future through digital excellence. During his presentation, Rector Florin Dragan not only highlighted the comprehensive digitization strategy but also showcased the university's involvement in the E³UDRES² Alliance, a collaborative effort for sustainable and intelligent European regions.
Vlad Mihaescu, Director of CITT UPT, further delved into the university's digitization strategy, spotlighting implemented strategies and policies and showcasing exemplary instances from startups, companies, and community initiatives. Notably, during his presentation Vlad Mihaescu offered a long-term vision of E³UDRES².
The event brought together participants from ADR Vest, Timisoara universities, members of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and international partners, including the Galitia Innovation Agency (Spain), Art-Er Joint Stock Consortium Company (Italy), Pannon Business Network Association, Province of Overijssel (Netherlands), and Council of Tampere Region (Finland).
