Fulda University of Applied Sciences recently held its annual Company Contact Fair, which connected students with potential local employers. A E³UDRES² booth on location offered insights into the university alliance's vision for higher education, regional innovation, as well as students and faculty. Visitors learned in more detail about E³UDRES²'s international and interdisciplinary activities, as well as the unique educational formats, which enable students to address real-world challenges. Moreover, a member of the E³UDRES² Board of Student Representatives was present to encourage other students to join the board and represent their home institution within the E³UDRES² alliance. Students and corporate representatives interacted with the booth, eager to learn more about E³UDRES²’s commitment to sustainable regional development. Additionally, students were informed about the upcoming E³UDRES² internship opportunities.
EDUCATION - INDUSTRY COLLABORATION
The students engaged with the E³UDRES² booth representatives and became more aware of the university's role in this European alliance; they were given a fun quiz, which tested their knowledge of the different work environments, employment situations, and labor-related facts of the E³UDRES² partner countries. Additionally, a student board member was present to encourage other students to join the board and represent their home institution within the E³UDRES² alliance.
At Fulda University of Applied Sciences, the Company Contact Fair is an essential platform for networking and career planning, and E³UDRES²'s involvement showed its proactive role in shaping the direction of education and industrial collaboration.
