Public Engagement with Science: Workshop for Researchers & Students

As part of the E³UDRES² Science Festival, a workshop on science communication and public engagement will take place at the campus of St. Pölten UAS.

This workshop encourages you to break out of the proverbial “ivory tower” and become a knight in shining armor in the fight against science denialism! Public engagement with science is crucial: Not only to foster a positive attitude among citizens towards research and to inspire the youth, but also to harness the viewpoints, opinions and ideas of the many for science – ensuring it stays in touch with societal needs and interests. Come to this workshop to get insights into the most important terms and concepts and practical inspiration for starting or expanding your own science outreach ventures!
