The E³UDRES² Award of Excellence for Student Innovation "Local Pulse, Global Waves" celebrates student-driven projects, research, or initiatives that address local challenges with global potential. This competition allows students across the E³UDRES² Alliance to showcase their work through a creative and visually engaging poster, demonstrating innovation and global impact.

Help us determine the TOP 3 posters of this year's E³UDRES² Award of Excellence for Student Innovation! Each submission is represented by a number (1 - 19), which is shown distinctly on each poster. Please use this number and vote below for your 3 favorite posters according to the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the Theme: What is the level of novelty and potential impact of the presented project?

  • Clarity: Is the information easy to understand? Is the message clearly communicated?

  • Visual Appeal: Is the poster engaging and eye-catching?

  • Creativity: How creative is the design and presentation of the content?

Incentives for Award Recipients

The E³UDRES² Award of Excellence for Student Innovation "Local Pulse, Global Waves" recognizes the creativity and impact of student-driven projects. In addition to this honour, the winners will enjoy the following tangible rewards to further support their initiatives:

  • Monetary prizes: €1000 for first place, €750 for second place, and €500 for third place, in recognition of their achievements and to celebrate the positive impact of their innovative solutions.

  • Widespread visibility through promotion on E³UDRES²’s communication platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the website.

  • Feature of winning posters at various E³UDRES² events and exhibitions, providing more opportunities to showcase their innovative projects.

  • A dedicated, personalized certificate for the winners to formally recognize their achievements. A certificate of participation will be provided to all applicants, acknowledging their contribution to the award.

Announcement of the Winners

The winning posters will be announced at the EUDRES Awards of Excellence Ceremony, which will take place on Wednesday 21 May, 19:00 - 20:30 CEST, at the Big Assembly Hall of St. Pölten UAS. Consequently, all winners will be announced on our social media platforms, E³UDRES² Newsletter, and E³UDRES² Website. All participants will be contacted personally before the public announcement of the results.

FAQ

Everyone with an email account can vote. This is a public voting so you don't have to be part of the E³UDRES² alliance to cast your vote.

Your data are necessary for us to monitor whether one person has voted more than once. Your personal information is completely protected under European GDPR rules. For more information, look at our E³UDRES² privacy policy, linked right under the voting form.

We only allow every person to fill in the voting form once. If you vote twice we will only count your first submitted form.

You can only vote for a poster once. If you vote for a poster twice or three times, your vote will be considered invalid.

Yes. It does not matter which poster you vote first, second, and third. All votes count equally.
