I Living Labs | Spring 2025

One World – One Life

We all share our lives together in this one world. We must take care of ourselves and each other in order to be the change makers this world needs. In the upcoming I Living Lab, E³UDRES² invites you to come together to solve our common challenges regarding different aspects of wellbeing – the fire that keeps us going.

The E³UDRES² I Living Lab is an adventure, where your studies aren't just about learning – they're about making real-world impact by collaborating with real-life businesses, entrepreneurs and organisations from all around Europe. We offer you a unique opportunity to participate either fully online or hybrid. The online version will be paced around weekly meetings with your team coach. The hybrid version includes online studies and a Local Week of studies in Jyväskylä, Finland. Online studies in the hybrid version will happen before and after the on-site week. Both versions will start and end at the same time and they require the same amount of work, problem solving and having fun!

Participation in an I Living Labs is open to all students from E³UDRES² partnering institutions. For the Online version, we will accept 10 students per partner institution. For the Hybrid version, we will accept 3 students per partner institution.

Together with international students who signed up for the same I Living Lab as you, you will tackle a real-life problem and search for solutions. Every student has a different background and comes from a different study program. This makes it easy to come up with transdisciplinary solutions.

In case of questions, please get in touch with your local E³UDRES² contacts at your institution or write us at office(at)eudres.eu so we can connect you!

Most of the participants would say: Not at all! If you're open to develop a creative mindset, you'll find the experience easy. Just open your mind and go with the flow! Use the skills you have and develop new skills during the I Living Lab - it is open to all students from the E³UDRES² partnering institutions, no matter which study program, year or background!

Your team will consist of European students coming from all across our E³UDRES² partnering institutions. Some of them are also Erasmus students, which means that you can even have students from all around the world in your team.

Next to students, you'll also have a coach on your team (your Educational Entrepreneur), and of course the challenge owner.

The coach, or educational entrepreneur, is often a teacher from one of the higher education institutions involved in E³UDRES². They won't teach stuff, but will guide you through the I Living Lab. This means they will help if you are lost or that they can offer interesting pieces of information on the moment you need them.
