A week full of new connections & inspiration

The International Engagement Circus brings together students, university staff and entrepreneurs from a wide range of backgrounds. Get ready to be inspired by each other and expand your European network! Before the event starts, you'll get prepared via an online appetizer, a mandatory, short virtual course, before you are ready to go and meet fellow participants on-site in Belgium.

You'll leave the event with a broadened horizon, great memories from Belgium, and a certificate confirming your participation.

Your itinerary

The International Engagement Circus starts in the morning on Monday, 23 June 2025, in Brussels. By preference, you book a hotel from Sunday till Tuesday in Brussels (near the Grand Place, for example Bedford Hotel Brussels). On Tuesday morning, we take the train together to Leuven, and in the evening we continue to Hasselt. From Tuesday on, we suggest you book a hotel in Hasselt.
