After E.I.N.S., the E³UDRES² Entrepreneurship and Innovation Network for Smart and Sustainable European Regions, the E³UDRES² network is delighted to celebrate the start of its second project: The Kick-Off meeting of the Ent-r-e-novators project will be held at Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (IPS) on 6-7 October 2022. Under a HORIZON-WIDERA-2021 call, the Ent-r-e-novators project, coordinated by IPS, started on 1 October and will last for a total of 36 months. The project brings together 6 partners of the E³UDRES² Alliance. Its expected results consist of the development of joint strategies for the Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) dimension of E³UDRES², associated with the following transformation modules:
RD&I activities, lines, groups and networks
Sharing and gaining access to research infrastructures
Science, education and open innovation
Involvement of society and citizens in RD&I
Human resources for research and RD&I ecosystems
Connecting Entrepreneurs, Researchers, Innovators and Educators
In Ent-r-e-novators, it is also expected to be able to start joint implementation plans for each transformation module, as well as the implementation of some pilots (training and engagement actions/programmes). The kick-off meeting will have a hybrid format and will count on the first day with the welcome of Professor Ângela Lemos, President of IPS, and with presentations of each work team of the project.
