The Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research invited representatives to an information and networking event to present their plans for European University Alliances on 28 September 2020. With more than a hundred participants, the "Information and Networking Event on the European Universities Initiative" was well attended. Even though not all participants were able to attend in person at the House of Engineers in Vienna, the event was an engaging networking experience for all.
Only eight Austrian universities are participating in European Universities. The E³UDRES² European University Alliance was represented by Hannes Raffaseder at the event, who also leads the network.
