Empowering female entrepreneurs while sharing personal stories and inspiring career paths, that's the aim of the FEMALE Friday Talks, an online talk series organized by the E³UDRES² alliance. The series shines a spotlight on female founders, experts and innovators from across the alliance and beyond. On 4 September 2026, the latest session, titled "AI & Digital Tools for Growth", brought together 37 participants from across Europe for an inspiring webinar on the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence for entrepreneurs and professionals.
AI for growth and inclusion
The webinar featured two complementary sessions that explored both the practical applications and the wider implications of artificial intelligence. In the first session, "The Blind Spots of AI: When Data Only Tells Half the Story - or Who Writes the Rules of Our Future?", Anna Kofler, Founder of thynkai.at, highlighted how historical gender gaps and biases can be reflected in AI systems. Participants learned why it is important to question AI-generated results, use effective prompting techniques and consider diverse perspectives when working with AI tools.
The second session, "Leveraging AI for Growth – Practical Tools and Real-Life Examples for Founders", was delivered by Pekka Ouli, AI Specialist at JAMK University of Applied Sciences, Finland. Through practical examples, participants explored how AI can support entrepreneurs in areas such as content creation, communication, decision-making and knowledge management. The session also addressed responsible AI use, including the importance of data quality, transparency and trust.
The webinar combined critical reflection with practical takeaways, encouraging participants to both explore the potential of AI and better understand its limitations. The strong participation from across Europe demonstrated the growing interest in digital transformation and the role of women in shaping the future of technology and entrepreneurship.
The FEMALE Friday Talks will continue throughout 2026 with further inspiring speakers and topics. Upcoming sessions will focus on themes such as wellbeing, leadership and business growth, bringing together entrepreneurial women from across Europe to share their experiences and insights.
