Learning from international experts for free is at the core of a new E³UDRES² format: Hosted for the first time on 29 May 2024, the new Open Lectures to inspire series kicked off with three international speakers. The online format aims to bring different inspiring and entrepreneurial individuals to the spotlight, with each edition focusing on a different topic. The event, free of charge, welcomes participation from employees, students, and the general public, reflecting commitment of E³UDRES² to accessible education and community engagement.
In the first edition, the audience had the opportunity to listen to the following speakers:
Maarten J.Q. Bas Backer, a lecturer at the SAXION Center for Entrepreneurship in the Netherlands, kicked off the event with his talk titled "Why Every Startup Should Think International". Bas Backer explored the importance of global perspectives in the startup ecosystem, insights for startups to navigate and succeed in international markets.
Jan Kinne, co-founder and CEO of ISTARI in Germany, talked about "Automated Market Intelligence with webAI". Kinne delved into the capabilities of artificial intelligence in gathering and analyzing market data.
Juha Hautanen, Head of the RDI Department at Jamk University of Applied Sciences in Finland, discussed "Supply Push or Demand Pull? Users in the Innovation Process". Hautanen examined the roles of supply-driven and demand-driven approaches in innovation, emphasizing the critical role of users in shaping innovative solutions and products.
