The E³UDRES² Advent Café, hosted by the E³UDRES² team from the Fulda University of Applied Sciences on December 12th 2024, provided a space for students and employees to learn more about the Alliance, clearing any doubts and getting to know each other. One of the main goals of the event was also to introduce and explain the E³UDRES² Student Board. In a cozy atmosphere at Café Chaos, themed around winter and Christmas, the event provided a varied program.
The program started, after the initial welcome note and introduction, with an info session, led by a E³UDRES² Student Board representative. He presented in an easy-to-grasp and comprehensible way what the student board is, how it functions and what it offers. Specific ways to get involved and benefit from it were presented, encouraging other students to join the board. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session to address any questions or clear any doubts attendees might have had. Students were also informed about the upcoming E³UDRES² student events.
Cookies & fun at Christmas-Themed E³UDRES² Pub Quiz
It was followed by a E³UDRES² Pub Quiz (Christmas Edition). The Pub Quiz featured intriguing questions about Christmas traditions in various E³UDERS² countries. Its goal was for the participants to simply engage in a fun activity while simultaneously learning about the E³UDRES² alliance, its member countries and its local traditions. Afterward, groups checked and compared their answers and participants shared interesting bits of knowledge and personal experiences related to different events/ traditions mentioned in the quiz questions. The winners secured E³UDERS² hoodies.
To end the interactive, informative and a fun evening on a high note, the participants took their time, over gingerbread and coffee, to chat with each other, engage in conversations, make new contacts and ask further questions about E³UDERS² and its Student Board.
