Between the 9th and 11th of June, the 4th FoodConf (Conference on Food Science and Technology) took place in Budapest, Hungary. The conference brought together scientists, engineers and students who are working in the Food Industry and research.
Dr Dalma Geréné Radványi, assistant professor at MATE and member of our very own Change conrEr, attended the conference and presented the internal project of our Circular Economy research network with a poster presentation.
The poster attracted a lot of participants who had the chance to suggest possible future topics to be covered and challenges to be tackled by the Change cornEr.
