Regional Socio-Technical Innovation and Intelligence Center

The Regional Socio-Technical Innovation and Intelligence Center (RESONANCE) is a Research Center of Excellence that transforms trusted data into human-centered socio-technical solutions that strengthen regional innovation, growth, and resilience. It combines AI, Digital Twins, decision intelligence, and data governance with stakeholder co-creation to build regional intelligence - practical capability to understand conditions, test scenarios, and act transparently.

By advancing digital autonomy an data democracy, RESONANCE delivers deployable solutions for municipalities, communities, and companies that can be replicated across European regions.
