Application Process

🠒 Got a groundbreaking project, an engaging outreach activity, or an innovative teaching method? Apply for the E³UDRES² Awards of Excellence, showcase your work to a global audience, and win amazing prizes!

🠒 Submit your essay and supporting materials outlining your approach, impact, and uniqueness, based on the guidelines listed in the linked documents above.

The winners will be announced at the E³UDRES² Science Festival on 21 May 2025 at the St. Pölten UAS Campus. The top three winners of each category will receive their prizes and the chance to present their work to an engaged audience. FAQ

Students, lecturers, and researchers from all E³UDRES² Institutions, with projects that fit the awards' criteria, are eligible to apply.

Yes, you are allowed to apply as a team for all award categories.

All application requirements are comprehensively listed in the guideline documents which are linked under "Award Categories".

Supporting material is always encouraged. However, in the case that supporting material is not available that should not stop you from applying 🙂

The winners will be selected by a dedicated judging panel of experts. In the case of the award on Student Innovation, the judge will be the public.

Yes, the ceremony will be hosted in hybrid mode and does not require the physical presence of all applicants and finalists.

Yes you can. However, in case you have a project that fits in more than one awards, please chose one of the awards and submit only one application.

After the deadline, the E³UDRES² team will be frequently updating you on the next steps of the winners' selection process. You will be informed as soon as possible about the status of your submission.
